6. Slide on-off valve to the open position before starting.
Suctioning Procedure
1. Feed the catheter into the tube to required depth using markers.
2. Depress vacuum control valve to begin suctioning.
3. Remove catheter until protective sleeve is straight.
4. Repeat as necessary according to clinical guidelines.
